Convenient base for exploring Kennebunk. Brand-new hotel set in the large grassy area. Very central location, at a moderate distance from Parsons Beach. Nicely furnished, pet-friendly unit with excellent water pressure and updated bathroom, as example. Very very good breakfast on the rate, best staff, great value.

Loved our nicely equipped room with refrigerator and microwave. The location of the property was favourable and beautiful as we were adjacent to beautiful Kennebunkport, Maine, and activities and dining.

Very well maintained building, absolutely perfect location not far from Kennebunkport where restaurants and shopping are and the Kennebunk areas. Nearby Duffy's Tavern & Grill - great place to chill out.

The breakfast was good on the rate and with great food. Efficient and excellent staff at check-out and kept the hotel exceptionally clean. This was an unbeatable location really close to southern Maine as well as beaches and other local delights.

Wonderful hotel in an absolutely perfect setting on the ocean. Well-appointed and pet-friendly room with refrigerator, the terrace and bathroom as expected.

Beds were a bit too soft.

The lobby was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The Inn Keeper was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired.

Loved the convenience of the location, right on Route 1. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. Plus, the pool was a great bonus - clean and well-maintained.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. They advertised a "full breakfast," but it was really just a step above a continental breakfast.

Nice location to areas we were visiting, and 15 minute walk from Rotary Park. Based near to all the coast, the more popular Kennebunk port and Close to both Dock square. Very very good breakfast on the rate, good food, and knowledgeable staff.
